We signed in online and it said we had a 31 minute wait time. We drove there 20 minutes later thinking we would be early. The system did not show our reservation and now walk ups had a 51 minute wait. While Shea tried to look at history to find our lost reservation she kept welcoming walk ins as they came through the door and treated me with contempt. She did not try in away to accommodate me and treated me as if I was not truthful. Sorry there was nothing she could as she added six more walk ins ahead of me. Now the wait was over 70 minutes. Terrible customer service and advise you go anywhere but the FM Sports Clips. Also I recommend you take a picture of any online reservation. I give this location a big "F" for failure.

This has to be one of the unfriendliest Sportclips I have ever encountered. The stylist talked as if it was my fault to be her customer. She asked a lot of questions, expecting me to have knowledge of a hair stylist when answering her. I did my best to be descriptive as a customer, but she never put in any effort to make my hair look remotely decent either. I will not return to this location. Reply to SportClips owner: Thank you for taking your time to reply. I will not disclose the stylist?s name here but will provide other details. I went to the location on Friday December 27th, roughly at 5:15 pm and checked out at around 5:45 pm. I also bought a box of Mitch styling clay. The stylist has long hair and short stature. I found her following behaviors unacceptable: 1. I asked her to trim my hair. She asked me how short I wanted. I asked her for a scale. She halfheartedly answered from 1 to 5 and left it for me to figure out how long a number 2 or 3 should be. 2. Her attitude during the whole time was more on the line of commanding customer. I don?t expect a smile every time but I won?t accept hostility. 3. When she thought her job was done, she stopped and kept pressing me nonstop for my opinion: ?How was it? How was it? How was it? How was it?? To the point I had to tell her give me a second to look at the hair. I felt she was eager to kick me out. I was not happy with the halfhearted result, but I was really upset at how unwelcoming she was to me.
